HOW TO SPA

Wear what ever you feel comfortable in for your treatment. Our therapists are highly trained to maintain your modesty at all times. If you have booked the hydrotherapy bath or hydrofloatation, you may want to bring with you a swimming costume, however it is not a requirement. We will provide you with a robe and slippers and a towel where necessary and lockers are available to store your clothes and shoes.

We recommend you leave valuables at home or locked away in your hotel room. Unfortunately the spa cannot be responsible for items that go missing.

We ask you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow you plenty of time to complete the consultation card and change into your robe. However this is not necessary for clients who have a manicure or pedicure appointment. Unfortunately late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments, so as not to inconvenience other spa clients.

We have a “Double Spa Suite” for couples, mother and daughter, girlfriends or that special someone you would like to spa with. Please book well in advance and let us know if you would like to “spa” together.

Please let us know at the time of booking if you have a heart condition, high or low blood pressure, are pregnant or have any physical ailments, that way we can ensure your treatment you would like to book will be suitable.

The spa is an adult orientated atmosphere of peace and relaxation; therefore we do not permit children within the spa at any time.

We respectfully request you switch off mobile phones to avoid disturbing other clients and so that you can also enjoy your full spa experience.

BOOK AN APPOINTMENT

The hotel reception is temporarily taking bookings until the spa is actually open. Please forgive our lack of knowledge, we will make every effort to address any questions you may have but we are all in the process of receiving spa training.

CANCELLATIONS

Please provide us with 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment to avoid being charged the full amount of the treatment.
